Nissan's Tips for Proper Tire Care

This week is National Tire Safety Week, and to help raise awareness of the importance of proper tire care and maintenance, Nissan has issued a press release with a few tips to keep your tires rolling smoothly and safely.

Tire pressure is of utmost importance. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, a tire that is 25 percent below the recommended pressure is three times more likely to be involved in a tire-related crash. Low tire pressures also contribute to reduced fuel economy and premature wear.
